The only company that didn't lie on the phone about their stock to get us in the door... They had what we needed, and were eager to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We drove from Bergen County, nothing else around us compared to this place. The Carrera marble countertops were installed by Quality Tile in the Bronx and we couldn't be happier with the slab now that it's been installed!

After being quoted outrageous high prices and a minimum of a month in wait times to have a granite counter top put in my kitchen from local and big box stores, I found Quality Granite & Marble and called them on a Tuesday.

They have awesome customer service. The people are really friendly, helpful and courteous. Their products are the best. Reach out to Ben. He is the best. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the process. Ben was extremely helpful & professional. The warehouse is spotless and very well organized and huge collection of quartz colors.

My experience at Reliance was excellent, I went the first time and tagged a slab for purchase. I kept thinking if I chose the right one. I decided to go back and I ended up selecting a different counter top. I was helped both times by Beatrice who was very helpful and patient.

We were recommended to Reliance by our contractors and couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from their consultant, Beatrice. She took the time to explain different types of countertops and, after looking at the samples of door and backsplash we brought with us, she was able to recommend the perfect quartz countertop to us.  We really appreciated her patience and attention to detail.

I went to Reliance Granite and Marble Corp. on a recommendation from a friend. I am looking to redo kitchen countertops- granite or quartz- not sure! It was exactly how my friend explained it- So very friendly and inviting to start. The selections in both areas are abundant. One more beautiful than the next. I went yesterday and Maria was very helpful.  She showed me many options and when I asked her for one more option she did not hesitate.  I am glad she was pro-active because the last option was the one I purchased.  On to the install...let's hope it goes as smooth!

We needed a large slab and Sav was wonderful!  He spent the time to find the correct size and had multiple conversations with our fabricator to make sure about the placements , dimensions etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not rush us.  My husband and I drove a long way but it was well worth it for the service `Sav provided. I just spent about 2 hours at Reliance Granite and Marble Company. Dip helped us and was wonderful, patient and so informative. My parents are in their mid-80’s and really needed the extra time and attention. Dip answered every question and gave suggestions and didn’t push or seem frustrated at all. I would highly recommend Reliance to everyone. They had a great selection and everyone was friendly.
